Who We Are
Simon Webber
Simon Webber has a B.S. in Economics and an M.M. in Classical Performance on the cello. He met Jeff in 2021 at a volunteer tax preparation site, CVOEO, and began working with the tax and payroll business. Simon soon took over the organizational and hands-on aspects of the payroll and became a partner in 2024. As of 2026, he is running the payroll and Jeff has taken a step back.
Jeff Towsley
Jeff has a BS in Business from the University of New Hampshire. He started preparing and filing taxes in 2000 as a side-gig. The business grew modestly and Jeff opened office space in Burlington and added payroll in 2006. He became an IRS Enrolled Agent in 2013. He has since continued his education through the University of Vermont Extension and stays up to date on personal and business tax training.
