Who We Are
Simon Webber
Simon Webber has a B.S. in Economics and an M.M. in Classical Cello Performance. He met Jeff in 2021 at a volunteer tax preparation site, CVOEO, and soon after began working for Jeff’s tax and payroll businesses. Simon soon took over the payroll processing side of the business and helped establish routines that allowed the payroll business to quadruple by the end of 2024, when he became a partner. As Jeff took a step back at the end of 2025, Simon is now responsible for all payroll services.
Jeff Towsley
Jeff has a BS in Business from the University of New Hampshire. He started preparing and filing taxes in 2000 as a side-gig, and as the business grew he added payroll in 2006. He became an IRS Enrolled Agent in 2013 and has since continued his education through the University of Vermont Extension, where he stays up to date on personal and business tax training. At the end of 2025, Jeff decided to take a step back from payroll and assume an advisory position while maintaining his tax preparation business, EFile4Less.
